I know you’re here because you need help with something.
Maybe it’s an order question. Maybe gear isn’t working right. Maybe you just want to know when your stuff will arrive.
You found the number 1-800-901-6182 and now you’re trying to figure out if that’s actually the best way to reach us.
It is. But it’s not your only option.
I built this support page to get you answers fast. Some questions you can solve yourself in about 30 seconds. Others need a real person on the phone.
We’ve been helping winter sports people since 2004. We know what breaks, what confuses customers, and what questions come up over and over.
This page covers every way to contact us, including that 1-800-901-6182 hotline. I’ll also answer the most common questions we get so you might not even need to call.
You’re not here to read. You’re here to solve a problem and get back to your plans.
Let’s do that.
Your Direct Line: Contacting Our Support Team at 1-800-901-6182
Look, I’ll be straight with you.
Most companies hide their phone number like it’s a state secret. They want you to fight through chatbots and email forms until you give up.
I hate that.
When you need help, you should be able to talk to a real person. That’s why we put our number right here: 18009016182.
Here’s when you can reach us:
Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST
Before you call, grab a few things. Your order number if you have one. The product model name. Or just the email you used when you ordered. It speeds things up (and I know you don’t want to be on hold any longer than necessary).
Our team handles the stuff that actually matters. Order tracking when your gear hasn’t shown up. Returns and exchanges if something’s not right. Warranty claims. Product troubleshooting when you can’t figure out why your bindings won’t adjust. Billing questions.
Now, some people think phone support is outdated. They say everything should be automated or handled through apps.
But here’s what I think.
When you’re about to head out for a weekend trip and your equipment isn’t working right, you don’t want to wait 24 hours for an email response. You want answers now.
That’s what this line is for. And honestly, after spending years in resplendent dining in Courchevel top restaurants for a gastronomic adventure and winter sports culture, I know timing matters.
Call us. We’ll pick up.
Find Answers Fast: Before You Call, Check Our FAQs
Look, I know waiting on hold isn’t your idea of a good time.
Especially when you’ve got fresh powder calling your name up at Burke Mountain or you’re trying to sort out gear before your next trip to discover Chamonix’s vibrant autumn festivals and cultural delights.
Most questions get answered in under two minutes if you know where to look. I’ve put together the resources below so you can get back to what matters.
Order & Shipping Support
How can I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking number sent to your email as soon as your order ships. Click that link and you’re good to go. Lost the email? Call us at 18009016182 and we’ll pull it up for you.
What are your shipping times and policies?
Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. We ship from our Woodsville warehouse, so if you’re anywhere in New England you’ll usually see your gear faster than that. Need it quicker? We offer expedited options at checkout.
What should I do if my order is delayed or I received the wrong item?
Reach out right away. We’ll fix it. Wrong bindings or boots that don’t match your order? We cover return shipping and get the correct items out fast.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your official return policy?
You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return anything that’s unused and in original condition. Skis, boards, boots, apparel. All of it. Just keep your tags on and your receipt handy.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Head to our returns portal on the website. Fill out the form and print your prepaid label. Drop it at any UPS location and you’re done.
When can I expect my refund after returning an item?
We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your return. You’ll see it back on your card within another 3 to 5 days depending on your bank.
Product & Technical Guidance
Where can I find sizing charts for skis, boots, and apparel?
Every product page has a sizing guide. For boots especially, don’t guess. A half size off and you’ll hate every run down the mountain. When in doubt, call us. We fit people all season long.
Do you have maintenance guides for tuning skis or snowboards?
We do. Check the resource section on our site for step by step guides on waxing, edge tuning, and base repair. Spring maintenance is just as important as mid season work (most people forget this and wonder why their skis feel dead come December).
How do I file a warranty claim for a defective product?
Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We work directly with manufacturers like Rossignol, Salomon, and Burton to process claims. Most get resolved within two weeks.
More Ways to Reach Us: Alternative Support Channels
I know calling isn’t always your best option.
Maybe you’re on the slopes. Maybe you’re at work and can’t talk. Or maybe you just prefer typing over talking (no judgment here).
That’s why we set up multiple ways to reach us.
You pick what works for you. We’ll handle the rest.
Live Chat Support
Got a quick question? Live chat is your fastest bet.
You can find the chat icon on our website in the bottom right corner. Click it and you’re connected to someone who can help.
We staff it during business hours. Perfect for checking if we have something in stock or tracking down your order.
Email Support
Some issues need more than a quick back and forth.
If you’re filing a warranty claim or need to send photos of a product issue, email makes sense. You can reach us at [email protected] or fill out the contact form on our site.
We aim to respond within one business day. Usually it’s faster but I’d rather underpromise and overdeliver.
Social Media Support
You can also message us on Facebook or Instagram.
This works well for general questions that aren’t time sensitive. Product recommendations, store hours, that kind of thing.
Now look, if you’ve got an urgent issue or a complicated problem, I’d still recommend calling us at 18009016182. Sometimes a real conversation just gets things sorted faster.
But for everything else? Pick whichever channel fits your day.
Proactive Care: Resources to Help You Prepare
I want to stop problems before they start.
That’s why I put together these resources. They help you get more out of your gear and avoid the frustration of broken equipment mid-season.
Gear Checklists
I’ve built downloadable checklists for different trips. One for ski days. Another for snowboarding. A third for backcountry adventures.
Print them out or save them on your phone. Either way, you won’t forget your goggles in the car again (we’ve all been there).
Video Tutorials
Head to our YouTube channel and you’ll find step-by-step guides. I walk you through setting up bindings, waxing your board, and storing gear properly so it lasts longer.
No confusing jargon. Just clear instructions you can follow.
Warranty Explained
Here’s what our product warranties actually cover. Most gear comes with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects. That means if something breaks because of faulty materials or workmanship, we’ll help you sort it out.
Normal wear and tear? That’s not covered. But if you have questions about a specific product, call us at 18009016182 and we’ll give you straight answers.
No fine print runaround.
We’re Here to Help You Get Back on the Slopes
You came looking for assistance. Now you have a complete overview of every support channel available to you.
I know that needing help with your gear can be frustrating. It delays your time on the mountain.
That’s why we built this support hub. From our direct hotline at 1-800-901-6182 to our detailed FAQs and video guides, you’ll find the right solution for your issue right now.
Here’s what you should do: Call our team, start a live chat, or use our self-service tools. We’re ready to resolve your issue and help you gear up for your next winter adventure.
Your gear shouldn’t hold you back. We’re here to make sure it doesn’t.
